How to order?
Submit your artwork and received back a quote. If you approve the quote price then simply make the payment. We can send you a PayPal invoice or you can make card payment through the payment page, under the STRIPE section.
What file types will you receive?
We will email an EPS and AI format. Other formats can be supplied upon request, such as PDF format.
What is the turnaround time?
Within 24 hours, although usually on the same day, but depends on what time of the day we receive your artwork. We are in GMT UK time zone. More complex jobs may take longer or bulk orders.
Which software do we use for vector editing?
Adobe Illustrator. This is the industry standard for vector editing.
Where are we based?
We are UK based. We generally work from 9am to 5pm GMT. Although quite often we work a little later to accommodate our US clients.
How will you receive your files?
Usually all files will be sent by email. Any large files we will send by Wetransfer.
Do you have any guarantees?
If you’re unhappy with the initial jpeg proof, you can ask us to amend it for no extra cost. If you’re still unhappy then we will refund your payment.
